Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive customer service in road transport abroad
• Maintaining regular contacts with clients, identifying their needs properly
• Acquiring new customers and carriers
• Monitoring the execution of transport orders
• Caring for timely delivery and high quality of service
• Reporting of operational and quality parameters.
Requirements:
• Professional experience in the field of forwarding, knowledge of the transport market and transport regulations, sales skills
• Resistant to stress and ability to work under pressure, self-reliance
• Ability to build long-term, very good relationships with clients and partners,
• Ability to work in team and cooperation
• Analytical skills necessary for optimal planning and valuation of services
• Desire for professional development, commitment and motivation.
